SVGファイルを扱えるドローツールの比較記事です。29ツールのうち、14が無料かオープンソース。Slashdotのほうは「いや、もっとあるぞ」とか「Freshmeatを見ろ」とか、いろいろ書いてあります。

でも結局、本命不在な気がするなぁ。マルチプラットフォームで動作して、GIMPで動作するような、PaintShopPro風のアプローチはないのか。
